Context is everything.
We know that  people's behavior, mindsets and attitudes are in direct relationship with their context. As the Context of diversity and inclusion has changed, there has seemed  
to be little in the approaches that training and trainers have done to meet these new dynamics.

Birth of the  Center
The  Center is a network of trainers and professional development approaches
that take on systemic oppression, historical trauma and the failings of white privilege.  In this space we will look at redefining  critical
race theory, impacts of public policy and the power of popular culture.
