Good afternoon Andre: I have pasted in the comments from your session at the conference. The rating scale is 1-5 with 5=Excellent and 1=Very Poor. The comments are verbatim.
Session 7.3: RACISM
5: Very informative and impactful. Andre is a very good presenter.

2: Andre is very passionate and thoughtful but I did not learn new content.
5: Energetic, loved the singalong.

5+++:Presenter managed to be fun and engaging with a topic as difficult and heart breaking as racism. Absolutely loved the handouts. This one and Cloke’s presentation were the highlights of the conference for me.
4: Speakers was entertaining and I appreciated a session on racism. The content was strong, but his style was a bit eclectic, not as focused on reflections as I had hoped. Overall still good, useful.

10: Fantastic! Excellent speaker and NECESSARY content. Great use of humor, interactive, engaging the audience, everything!
5: Andre Koen is a dynamic teacher. He could also have used more time. A common issue for all speakers.
3-4: Dynamic speaker-good insights. Kind of disjointed. Hard to compress subject into time frame.
