Individual Training Session: $450 3 Hours Sensitivity Training/Coaching
How do I find my blind spots? I look for them. It is not our fault what we learned or did not learn about others growing up. Our parents given the tools they had available to them did the best they could with what they had. They were able to share their version and perspectives of the world that often had bias and jaded paradigms.

As we get older, it becomes our responsibility to search for the truth and expand on everything given to us. These sessions are designed to create more cultural competence on a number of issues.   

Facilitated Programs $750 
Participants will be guided through our 4 hour course with an instructor that will process current ideologies, provide context, pragmatic action plans on diversity and inclusion methodologies as it relates to the Performance plan. 1 hour of 1-on-1 consultation, 1 hour webinar and 2 hours of independent work. Includes $175 Diversity assessment. Upon completion the participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Our 3 hour course, is a self study course. In this course participants will be asked to submit reflection papers, complete online surveys and create an action plan to continue their growth and development.  1 hour  webinar and 2 hours of independent work.
