What is Diversity?
Diversity is the value given to perceived differences in the common and contextual human experience.

What does Diversity create?
Nothing! Take all the ingredients needed to bake a cake, place them on a table so that each component is clearly defined and identifiable, this is Diversity, defining all the parts of a whole.  

What is inclusion?
Inclusion is the capacity that the baker has to take all the ingredients to mix them properly, contain the mixture and the resources that allows the cake to be made.
